【禁闻】中共拒认"利比亚过渡政府"

【新唐人2011年9月3日讯】�利比亚之友�巴黎国际会议已经结束，在人道救援、政治
重建及利比亚海外资产解冻等议题普遍达成共识。�利比亚过渡委员会�主席和总理出
席了会议。对于�利比亚过渡委员会�成为利比亚新的领导机构，联合国安理会五个常
任理事国中，只有中共还没有正式承认。请看报导。

由60多个国家参加的利比亚重建国际会议，也称为�利比亚之友�会议，9月1号晚间在
巴黎结束。主导这次会议的法国总统萨尔科齐在会后的记者会上表示，联合国及各国同
时立即解冻卡扎菲政权的资金有1500亿美元。卡扎菲挪用的资产应该回到利比亚人民的
手中，用以支持利比亚今天的建设。

著名时事评论家、中国过渡政府总统伍凡认为，�利比亚之友的会议�非常重要，支持
利比亚过渡政府，能够走向一个新的发展方向。建立一个社会民主自由的制度，让利比
亚老百姓能够稳定的生活。

不过，在联合国安理会五个常任理事国中，只有中国（共）还没有正式承认�过渡委员
会�为利比亚新的领导机构。

山东大学退休教授孙文广认为，中共是一党专政，就是想坚持共产极权制度。

孙文广教授：�利比亚它是一个独裁统治。那么，这个国家的专制和中国（共）的专制
性基本是完全相似的。它（卡扎菲）是个人独裁专制，那么中国（共）呢？是世界上一
个政党的独裁。而对利比亚人民起来争取民主自由，那么它（中共）是抱着一种敌视的
态度。又怕中国人学习。所以它（中共）就是极力的阻挠。�

原陕西电视台记者马晓明表示，中共这样的一个态度，正说明中共和卡扎菲是一样
的，都属于独裁统治。不过，利比亚人民这次胜利对中国人民是一个非常巨大的好消
息。

马晓明：�我接触到的许许多多的访民，他们就由不得的就谈起这利比亚人民说是，利
比亚人民把专制政权推翻了，我们中国人民也一定会推翻专制政权。利比亚人民的今天
就是我们中国人民的明天。�

在这次�利比亚之友�会议上，中国（共）没有正式承认利比亚新领导层，而且派出外
交部副部长作为代表，这在外交级别上比其他国家与会者低。参加这次会议的有：法国
总统萨尔科齐、美国国务卿希拉里．克林顿，德国总理默克尔和加拿大总理哈珀等人。

伍凡分析，中共在利比亚曾经投资了200亿美金。这200亿美金今后的着落和去向如
何？过渡政府没有给一个明确的答复。而且，卡扎菲究竟是活是死？还不知道。卡扎菲
会不会东山在起？中共政权是不是还在抱着一线希望？这都是中共不愿承认过渡政府的
主要原因。

CCP Won't Acknowledge Libya's Interim Government

The recent Friends of Libya Meeting in Paris has met witha general
consensus on issues such as humanitarian aid,political reconstruction, and
the unfreezing of overseas assets.

The chairman and president of Libya's National TransitionalCouncil (NTC)
attended the conference.Regarding the NTC's newly founded authority in
Libyanaffairs, five permanent members of the United NationsSecurity Council
(UNSC) acknowledged the NTCexcept the Chinese authorities.

The Libya reconstruction conference, or Friends of Libya,was attended by
over 60 countries and concluded on Sept. 1.French President Nicolas
Sarkozy, who chaired the meeting,said in a press conference after the
event, thatthe U.N. along with other countries have unfrozenUS$150 billion
of Gaddafi government's fundsand returned them to the Libyan people.

The Chinese Interim government president, Wu Fan, statedthat Friends of
Libya Conference was important to Libya,as it helped the country make a
smooth transition todemocracy. Therefore, it will benefit the Libyan
people.The CCP is the only one of the five UNSC permanentmembers that
refused to acknowledge the new government.Sun Wenguang, a retired professor
from Shandong University,said, "The CCP is a one-party system andit makes a
point of retaining its Communisttotalitarian ideology."Sun Wenguang: "Libya
was ruled by a dictator,much like the CCP is now ruled, the difference
being thatLibya was ruled by a person, while China is ruled by a party.

The fact that the Libyan people have overthrown the country'sdictatorship
has made the CCP very afraid thatthe Chinese people may learn from this
event,which the CCP has tried to block with all of their might."Ma
Xiaoming, the former reporter from Shaanxi TV, said

"The CCP's interference in the Libyan affairs fully provesits autocratic
nature.The Libyan people's victory is good newsfor the Chinese people!"Ma
Xiaoming: "I learned from many petitioners who said thatseeing that the
Libyan people were able to overthrowntheir autocratic government, we now
have hope thatthe Chinese people will soon be able to do the same
thing.They set a very good example for us."

Even though the CCP does not acknowledge the new Libyangovernment, it
nonetheless sent a relatively low-rankingVice Foreign Minister to attend
Friends of Libya conference,unlike other countries:French President Nicolas
Sarkozy attended the meeting alongwith U.S. Secretary of State Hillary
Clinton,German Chancellor Angela Merkeland Canadian Prime Minister Stephen
Harper.Wu Fan said that one of the reasons that the CCP would notofficially
acknowledge the NTC is becauseit is still concerned about the US$20 billion
investmentit made in Gaddafi's government.Also, NTC does not know the
toppled leader's whereabouts.

Is the CCP still wondering if Gaddafi will return toresume his
authoritarian reign?
