【禁闻】800多名学生被"光明正大"欺骗

【新唐人2011年5月11日讯】最近，网路爆出「中央财经大学经济学院」欺诈招生，招
生前声称本科，但现在连专科都不是，需要多学几年才能毕业。学生困境之中网上求
助，论坛上纷纷指责中财大欺骗招生行为。学者指出，中共制度源于"假"，导致社会世
风日下。

近日，在天涯论坛、土豆、酷6等网站上，陆续出现一则名为"中央财经大学经济学院诈
骗"的视频。视频显示，2008年，「中央财经大学」定向培养金融、电脑资讯管理等七
个专业300人，学生在「中财」按照四年全日制普通本科模式培养，成绩合格由「中财
」颁发相关专业证书，和普通高等院校本科毕业证书；符合学士学位条件的，由「中财
」或相关高校授予学士学位。

不过，现在几个网站的视频都被删除。

现在，学校学生发现他们只能拿到网路学校的专科毕业证，专科毕业升本合格后，才能
拿到本科毕业证，这样时间大大加长，而且增加很多费用。很多学生已经退学，剩下的
800多学生，在网上发信和视频求助。校方则声称，这些学生学习能力不强，必须经过
「高升专、专升本」的过程，才可以毕业。

据了解， 2008年这个定培项目共招收300人。但学生说，最初实际招生人数超过千人。
学生入学时少的交2万多元赞助费，多的交了40多万。

化名的学生（wzh479）在百度留言："我就是当事受害人之一!现在学校就是拖时间! 别
到4年后 学校与教职工一起卷钱跑了! 希望以后别有更多人被此类学校受骗! "

但搜狐微薄网友说：中央财经大学经济学院800多名学生都是"光明正大" "合法"的被欺
骗 ！！！

著名律师、作家郭国汀认为，教育是国家的根本，但中共的教育是党化、奴化教育，是
为了维护共产党一党专制永世长存这个目的，充满"假恶暴"的教育，使中华民族五千年
的传统美德被糟蹋殆尽。

郭国汀（原中国人权律师）："而唯有教育公民化，或者公民教育、自由教育、国民教
育，才有可能培养出有知识、有文化、有教养的真正的绅士、专家、学者，以及合格的
公民。所以中国教育必须立即废止党化、奴化教育，中华民族才有可能复兴，因此，共
产党必须退出一切教育机构。"

教育部高校学生司一名工作人员认为，就目前情况来看，校方当初的宣传、承诺可能存
在问题。高等教育学会人士对媒体表示，目前，许多高校被冒名招生后却投诉无
门，"工商部门不管、公安部门也不管，只能眼看着对方继续下去。"涉及网路教育的虚
假招生现象很多，原因是缺少监管。

作家纪兴良认为，由于半个多世纪的中共教育，使得世风日下、人心不古。原因就是中
共政府一切都是虚伪的：明明是害人民的政府却说是"人民政府"，明明是为特权阶级和
既得利益集团服务却说是"为人民服务"；有这个虚伪的政治架构和虚伪的意识形态，全
社会就会习学虚假以至于使虚假泛滥成为主潮流。

Students In Deceit

Central University of Finance and Economicswas reported to commit fraud in
student enrolments.It failed to honor its promise for a Bachelor Degree,and
students need to take extra years to graduate.Victims sought help online
causing netizens critique.Under the rule of Chinese Communist Party
(CCP),declined social morality and frauds are ubiquitous.

Central University of Finance and Economics'(CUFE) fraud video appeared on
China's Internetshowing that CUFE designed 7 programs such asFinance and
Computer Information managementsince 2008 and enrolled about 300
students.Students were said to take full-time undergraduatecourses in 4
years study and be granted withDiploma when graduated, plus Bachelor's
Degreewhen qualified, both to be awarded by CUFE.

These videos have now been deleted from the web.

Offering only Internet college graduation certificate,with a Bachelor
Degree not obtainableuntil upgraded from college to university,majority of
the students decided to quit their study,and the rest 800 sought help
online.CUFE said that these students were less qualifiedand such steps were
essential before they graduated.

The 2008 enrollment was said to need 300 students,but over 1,000 were
enrolled. Students were madeto pay fees ranging from RMB20K to RMB400K.

A student nicknamed 『wzh479' said on Baidu.com,I was a victim, the
university was delaying the timeand schemed to run away with my money!I
wouldn't want more people to be fooled!"

Bloggers said on Sohu.com that those 800 studentsat CUFE were bluntly and
"legally" deceived.

Renowned lawyer and writer Guo Guoting notedthat a nation is rooted in
education, whereas CCPwas enslaving China's education for the purposeof
CCP's one-party ruling perpetuationand its nature of fakeness, wickedness
and violencewas destroying the 5000-year old Chinese culture.

Guo Guoting (former Chinese rights lawyer): "Onlyeducation based on
civility, freedom and communitycan foster real knowledgeable men,
specialist,scholars and qualified citizens. The resurrectionof Chinese
tradition can not be realized until existingparty enslaved education is not
abolished. For that,CCP must resign from all educational institutions."

According to Si Yiming, staff of educational ministrythe CUFE previous
promotions were problematic.Fellows from Advanced Educational
Associationsaid that there were many fake enrolment victimswho got nowhere
to complain, as carelessdepartments of industry and commerce,as well as the
police department, left them helpless.The core reason was a lack of
supervision.

Writer Ji Yuliang thinks China's social moralityis in a mess, given the
half-a-century CCP educationand lies from the so-called "people's
government,"which keeps persecuting its own people.The so-called "serving
people" slogan is in factfor the privileged and for those with vested
interests.With such false political backup and fake ideology,the society is
thriving on the trend of hypocrisy.
