【禁闻】媒体被令造"太平红海"

【新唐人2011年5月9日讯】今年是中共建党90年，又是十八大换届在即，中国国务院指
责媒体夸大"毒食品"事件；而中国各家卫视电台也接到广电总局通知，未来3个月各台
都将是红色剧目的天下。有专家指出，中国民众已经觉醒，这是末路的中共，对媒体的
加紧控制。

大陆媒体近来报导，国务院食品安全委员会办公室主任张勇接受媒体采访时表示，虽然
出现 瘦肉精、染色馒头、假薯粉、三聚氰胺等食品安全事件，但目前中国的食品安全
状况"总体稳定向好"。张勇还说："许多事件如圣元奶粉、皮革奶、牛肉膏等问题的报
导都被夸大，"造成食品安全问题再次成为舆论关注焦点。"

有评论认为：在"亲民总理"温家宝直接领导下的国务院食品安全委员会，指责媒体对毒
食品报导"放大"误民乱国，表明中共当局已自知无力扭转食品安全大滑坡，只好转而采
取压制媒体对毒食品的曝光权。这既是为了让即将到来的中共九十大庆"欢乐祥瑞"，更
是为了确保十八大的换届平稳。

另一方面，广电总局近期通知中国各家卫视，即日起到7月要停播谍战、涉案与言情题
材的电视剧3个月。取而代之的是红色剧目，这项通知中罗列40出"提倡播出"的电视剧
名单，包括以中共建党史为题材的《东方》。这个最后一分钟的通知打乱了许多电视台
的计划，原本最近即将上档的谍战剧《青盲》、悬疑推理剧《黑色名单》和江苏卫视的
自制电视剧《新永不瞑目》等，都已确定延后播出。

前中共沈阳宣传部官员张凯臣，接受《新唐人》采访时表示，中共一党专政靠的就是媒
体控制。

张凯臣（前中共沈阳宣传部官员）："建国以来，从改革开放到现在，它都是靠控制新
闻、控制舆论、控制人们的思想来达到他们一党专政的实际目地。所以它从来没有公正
过。"

张凯臣认为，现在民众已经醒觉，但中共直到它死亡那天，都会垂死挣扎。

张凯臣："从过去毛泽东骗人、毛运动、搞政治理论，以至于后来邓小平坚持四项基本
原则、江泽民的三个代表、胡锦涛的科学发展观、以人为本，这些东西已经被中国的政
治、经济、社会现实�穿了/戳穿了。（这些谎言）已经不灵了，所以在这个大的背景
和政治前提下，他死路走，加紧对政治、新闻自由的控制。控制到什么时候结束呢？直
到共产党的生命截止。"

网路作家、时事评论员田奇庄向《美国之音》表示："民众需要看什么节目应该由市场
需求自发产生，由官方来做出规定实际上还是反映了一种"官本位"的思维，是一种过时
的思维方式。

香港凤凰卫视时事评论员何亮亮则表示，现在民众有大量的途径可以买光碟，或是从互
联网上下载他们想要的电视节目，广电总局其实也知道，今天的电视观众和以前有很大
的不同，想一纸条文就让全国"一片红"是不可能的，但是它又不得不这样做。

Chinese Communist Party (CCP) 90th anniversaryand its 18th party congress
are around the corner.CCP's State Council accused the media forexaggerating
the "tainted food" incidents.All Chinese TV stations are also instructedto
broadcast "red" communist showsfor the coming 3 months.The doomed CCP is
tightening its media control.

China's Food Safety Committee director Zhang Yongsaid in an interview,
despite the food safety incidents,the current food safety situation
is "stable overall".He added, "Many incidents,such as tainted milk powder,
and leather milk,have been exaggerated by reporters.So food safety issues
became the focus of media. "

Some analyzed that the Food Safety Committee isdirectly under State Council
headed by Premier Wen.Now it is accusing the media for "exaggeration."This
implies that the CCP authorities are aware ofits inability to solve the
food safety issues.So they had to control media coverage,to make an
appearance of "happiness and harmony"and to ensure a smooth transition of
power.

The state telecom authorities recently orderedall Chinese TV stations to
stop airing dramasbut broadcast communist shows from now to Julyfor three
months. The notice also listed40 recommended shows,including one featuring
the CCP's history.The last-minute notice disrupted many TV schedules.Many
dramas are postponed.

Former Chinese propaganda official Zhang Kaichentold NTDTV, CCP's monopoly
relies on media control.

Zhang: Since the founding of the CCP's regime,it has been maintaining its
one-party dictatorshipby controlling info, public opinion and people's
minds.So it has never been a just or fair game.

Zhang believes, the people have awakened now,but the CCP will struggle
until it dies.

Zhang: Mao lied, launched various movements andplayed with political
theories;Deng Xiaoping had his "Four Principles";Jiang Zemin had "Three
Represents";Hu Jintao's concept is "people-oriented".They all failed in
China's political and social reality.These lies can no longer deceive the
people.So, the CCP stepped up its control of media freedom.When will this
control end?The day when the CCP dies.

Internet writer and commentator Tian Qizhuangtold Voice of America, "The TV
programs should bedetermined by the market demand.The fact that this
decision is made by the governmentreflects an outdated way of thinking.

Hong Kong Phoenix TV's political commentatorHe Liangliang said, the Chinese
people can buy CDsor download TV shows from the Internet.The authorities
should know that today's TV audiencehave changed greatly from the past.It
is impossible to color China redwith an administrative order.However, the
authorities still have to do so.
