【禁闻】大陆师道变味 「好学生」向钱看

【新唐人2011年4月8日讯】北京师范大学教授董藩在微博上写道，高学历者的贫穷，意
味着耻辱和失败。博文一出，立刻在微博上引起众怒。请看报导。

北师大教授董藩4号发微博，对研究生提出要求，他写道："当你40岁时，没有4000万身
价不要来见我，也别说是我学生。"对此，多数网民认为，教师不应该用金钱来衡量学
生。台湾《联合报》特派记者赖锦宏表示，董藩的言论和大陆社会「向钱看」的现
象，息息相关。

董藩在微博上强调，培养研究生所谓的「财富意识」是他的工作内容之一。

美国西东大学荣誉教授杨力宇表示，据他所知，董藩并不是第一个提出这类观点的中国
学者。

杨力宇接受（自由亚洲电台）采访表示，为人师表者"传道、授业、解惑"，其中"传道
"应该放在第一位，也就是，老师首先要教诲学生「如何做人」。但是，现在中国的教
育界，已经很少有人向学生传授精神价值的重要性。这也是造成目前中国各种社会问题
层出不穷的重要原因之一。

杨力宇（美国西东大学荣誉教授）："你看今天大陆的欺骗、官倒儿多么普遍。你看看
大陆的假药、包括食品、毒奶粉案伤了多少孩子，死了多少孩子。现在都是官商勾
结，真诚的价值观完全没有。"

董藩微博上还表示，对高学历者来说，贫穷意味着无能、懒惰、耻辱和失败。北京大学
的黄益平教授表示"非常不赞成"。他说："难道财富是评价成功的唯一标准吗？"

据了解，面对网民的大量意见，董藩在微博上共发表了47条回复，他声明，"4000万身
价"的说法，只是他"对学生讲的励志的话"。但一名网友bricezhang认为，这种激励导
向，是中国高等教育的悲哀。

北京首都师范大学教授孙延军曾指出，今天的中国社会有一种普遍的社会心理趋向，那
就是把拥有社会财富的多少，当成了衡量人生成功与否标志的唯一尺度。他这是在一种
不健康的社会情况下，产生的一种不健康的社会心理。

而《四川在线》报导的短评中提到，在无数研究生愁于就业、无数毕业生苦于生计的今
天，学生钱挣得不够多，就被老师否定，这放在任何年代都是反面教材。道德的血液如
果能从教师身上更多的流到学生身上，我们的明天就会更有希望。

《自由亚洲电台》报导，北师大房地产研究中心的主任董藩，被称为中国地产界的"四
大名嘴"之一，在此之前，他也曾因为提出"未婚同居刺激购房需求"等言论，在网上引
起了网友广泛的争议。

"RMB40 million at 40"

A professor from Beijing Normal University (BNU),wrote on microblog, that
well-educated people'spoverty is a shame and failure. His articlecaused
public anger immediately on microblog.Here is more information.

Dong Fan, a professor from BNU, wrote to studentson microblog on April
4: "If you don't haveRMB40 million at forty, do not come backto me or
represent yourselves as my students."Many netizens believe, a teacher
should notmeasure students by money. Lai Jinhong, a reporterof Taiwan
United Daily News said Dong Fan's speechreflected the attitude of "going
after money" in China.

Dong Fan emphasized on microblog, developinggraduate students' wealth
consciousnessis one of his jobs.

An honorary professor at Seton Hall University, U.S.Yang Liyu said, as far
as he knows,Dangis not the first Chinese scholar to make this point.

Yang told Radio Free Asia, a teacher's jobis to transmit wisdom, impart
knowledge andresolve doubts, among which transmitting wisdomshould come
first, meaning to teach a studenthow to become a man. But now in China's
schools,few teachers are teaching spiritual values,which is one of the
reasons for the currentendless social problems in China.

Yang Liyu: "Notice how prevalent deception andofficial profiteering are in
China today. Also noticehow many children are hurt becauseof fake medicine,
tainted food and milk.Officials collude with merchants.The value of
sincerity is lost."

Dong Fan also said, well-educated people's povertymeans incapability,
laziness, shame and failure.Huang Yiping, a professor from Peking
University,said that he "strongly disagrees on it". Huang said:"Is money
the only measure of success?"

Facing netizens' criticism, Dong Fan then repliedwith 47 messages on
microblog, clarifying that"40 million" is merely to "encourage
students".But a netizen Bricezhang said, that suchencouragement is doleful
for China's high education.

A professor from Capital Normal University,Sun Yanjun said that taking
money as the onlymeasure of success is a prevalent social dispositionin
today's China. It is an unhealthy social minddeveloped in an unhealthy
society.

According to Sichuan Online, in today's China,where thousands of graduates
can not find a jobor make a living, it is such a negative examplethat a
teacher disapproves studentsbecause of low income. If the stream of
moralitycould flow more from teachers to students,we will have hope for a
better future.

According to Radio Free Asia, Dong Fan, Directorof Real Estate Center at
BNU, is known as oneof the "Four Talkers" in Chinese real estate
industry.Previously he proposed that "cohabitationwithout marriage could
stimulate housing purchase",which aroused wide controversy among netizens.
