【禁闻】华人眼中的425上访 信仰的力量

【新唐人2011年4月25日讯】99年4月25号曾有上万法轮功学员去北京国务院上访局申
诉，12年过去了，法轮功团体保持着平和，坚守自己的信仰权利与公民权利。那么，中
国和海外的华人如何看待99年4・25的上访和法轮功呢？请看详细报导。

12年前，来自各地的法轮功学员为了帮助在天津被抓的学员重获自由、为了在大陆能得
到一个合法的炼功环境，有上万人到国务院信访局上访。

前北京大学新闻学院副教授焦国标博士当天亲眼看到过在长安街上、中南海附近的大批
法轮功学员。

前北京大学新闻学院副教授焦国标：「我那天还看到了，我去上班的时候，看到好多人
顺着墙边站着，有站着、有坐着的，没有人喊口号，没有人打标语，和平理性的。」

从凌晨到中午，越来越多的法轮功学员从河北、东北、山东赶来，他们安静排着队。中
午时分，当时的国家总理朱鎔基走出中南海，随意选择了在场的三位法轮功学员带進中
南海去了解情况。

原大陆记者、自由作家昝爱宗：「99年425朱鎔基接见了法轮功学员，接见的本身我想
就是对法轮功的一种友好的态度吧，信仰自由、集会自由、言论自由国家应该保障，朱
鎔基会见法轮功学员也说明法轮功学员没有违反法律、违反宪法的地方。」

大陆民主人士、异议作家荆楚认为，法轮功所提倡的真善忍，对整合社会、提高道德水
准或文明素养是非常有利的，而中共迫害法轮功是一个错误。

大陆民主人士荆楚：「信仰的自由不容剥夺，它这样子就是用强力的方法，通过政府的
行为，来打压，这是一个错误。你剥夺他说话的权利，首先就说明你心虚理亏。就是这
么一个简单的道理。」

原赵紫阳秘书鲍彤在「法轮功425」十二周年前夕撰文表示，我认为迫害法轮功学员这
是一个悲剧，这个悲剧的性质和毛泽东发动的文化大革命，和邓小平发动的天安门镇压
是一样的。

99年4月25号，法轮功被推上了世界舞台。12年来，有100多个国家和地区的不同种族、
不同文化背景的人们开始修炼法轮功。旅德著名学者、极权主义问题专家仲维光认
为，法轮功学员从425开始，以内心的信仰和外在理性而坚韧的行动，带给中国和全世
界光明与震撼。

极权主义问题专家仲维光：「她（法轮功）是以一种和平的、非暴力的一种方式出
现，实际上在对抗专制社会是一个很了不得的事情。这是一种最深层的信仰、文化的修
养所带来的。这个信仰持续到现在，越来越显示出她的力量，越来越显示出她无所不在
的精神。」

在425到来前夕，世界各地法轮功学员纷纷举行集会，介绍法轮功真实情况，揭露中共
12年迫害的事实，很多华人表示理解和支持法轮功，唾弃中共。

April 25: The Power of Faith

On April 25 1999, 10,000+ Falun Gong followerswent to China's State Council
in Beijing to petition.12 years later Falun Gong practitioners remain
calmand persist in their faith, rights of freedom of beliefand civil
rights. How do Chinese see this petition,and the Falun Gong petitioners?
Let's take a look.

In 1999 tens of thousands Falun Gong practitionersfrom all over China
gathered to petition at Beijing'sState Council's Letters and Visits
Bureau.They came to help the arrested in Tianjin fellowpractitioners regain
their freedom and obtaina legitimate environment to practice Falun Gong.

Ex-Associate Professor at Peking University,Dr. Jiao Guobiao saw personally
the large numberof Falun Gong practitioners on April 25,gathered at
Chang'an Avenue, near Zhongnanhai.

Dr. Jiao: "On my way to work that day I sawa lot of people standing or
sitting along the walls .No one cried out slogans. No one held out
banners.It was peaceful and rational."

From early morning to noon, more people arrivedfrom Hebei, northeast China
and Shandong.They all lined up quietly.At noon, the then-Premier Zhu Rongji
came out,randomly selecting and inviting three practitionersin Zhongnanhai
to learn more about the situation.

Freelance writer Zan Aizong: "On April 25 1999,Zhu Rongji received Falun
Gong practitioners.The meeting itself is a friendly gesture, I
think.Freedom of belief, assembly and speechshould be protected by the
state.Zhu's meeting with Falun Gong showsthere was no violation of the law
or constitution."

Democracy activist and writer Jing Chu believes,that truthfulness,
compassion and toleranceadvocated by Falun Gong is beneificialto social
integration & elevation of moral standards.The Chinese Communist Party's
(CCP)persecution of Falun Gong is a mistake.

Jing Chu: "Freedom of belief cannot be deprived.Authorities use aggressive
means to suppress it.This is a mistake. If you deprive someoneof his right
to speak, this showsthat you feel guilty for your wrongdoings."

Bao Tong, ex-secretary of Zhao Ziyang,former head of CCP wrote an article,
stating thathe thinks the tragedy of Falun Gong's persecutionis of the same
nature as the Cultural Revolutionand the Tiananmen crackdown in 1989.

In April 1999, Falun Gong came to the world stage.In 12 years, people of
different races and culturesfrom 100+ countries began to practice Falun
Gong.Zhong Weiguang, renowned totalitarianism' expert,thinks that since
April '99, Falun Gong practitioners'faith with rational and steadfast
actions broughtlight and stunned the Chinese people and the world.

Zhong: "Falun Gong is peaceful and nonviolent.In fact, resisting a tyranny
is an extraordinary thing.This comes from a deep faith and highest
culture.This faith continues to the present day,further showing its power
and omnipresent spirit."

On the eve of April 25, around the world,Falun Gong practitioners hold
ralliesto raise awareness of the real Falun Gong situationand to expose
CCP's persecution of 12 years.Many Chinese express their understandingand
support of Falun Gong and contempt of CCP.
