【禁闻】"世纪大讲堂"访谈 中国不和谐

【新唐人2011年4月20日讯】北京工商大学教授、经济学家梁小民出席凤凰卫视《世纪
大讲堂》访谈节目时表示，中国的所谓"和谐社会"是"假和谐"，除非改变"一党专制型
市场经济"，否则不能实现和谐社会。请看报导。

《凤凰卫视》17号的《世纪大讲堂》节目上，邀请的嘉宾――北京工商大学教授、经济学
家梁小民，与主持人王鲁湘在交谈中指出，中国（共）将凯恩斯的「政府临时干预」学
说，错误的变为「长期国策」，造成「中国国企腐败、民企创新乏力」，中国不是和谐
社会。

原《凤凰卫视》新闻总监庞钟表示，现在中共是一党专制、独裁，什么事情都是它自己
说了算。

庞钟（原《凤凰卫视》新闻总监）："社会不公，社会没有好的政策，跟方方面面条件
的话，老百姓怎么会有好的民生，社会怎么会和谐，这个是不可能的。"

不过，香港《开放》杂志总编辑金钟对《美国之音》表示，从媒体角度看，凤凰台《世
纪大讲堂》看似"语出惊人"批评中共"假和谐"，但实则属于中国（共）政府「占领海外
媒体市场」的战略技巧。

金钟认为，有一些媒体有中共背景，《凤凰》就是这一类。它们有时候可以小骂一
下，叫『小骂大帮忙'。

《美国之音》表示，中国道德衰退的主要责任是，执政党空前的腐败和专制。

而北京评论人士章立凡表示，中国当前多数企业家的确只追求利润，没有社会责任。中
国的企业家没有自己的独立意识，依附于政府，希望通过权力机构分一杯羹。更严重的
问题是，这个体制下领导官员自身贪污腐败，压榨企业家，接受贿赂。他们是一种内外
通吃的体制。

而「中国和平民主联盟」主席唐柏桥也表示："对！每年上访的抗暴事件增加，然后贫
富悬殊的扩大，环境受破坏，国际社会对中国的不满，这都是不和谐的。"

"中石化买天价茅台酒发票" 4月13号被曝光后，引发了中国舆论的强烈关注。

早在2009年，中国石油化工集团公司原总经理陈同海，就利用职务便利，在企业经营、
转让土地、承揽工程等方面，为他人谋取利益，收受他人钱款折合人民币共计1亿
9573万多元。被称之为"中国国企腐败第一案"。

另外，中国移动通信集团公司原党组书记、副总经理张春江，同样利用职务上的便利为
他人谋取利益。张春江任职期间，收受巨额财物，生活腐化。张春江在与王晖准备结婚
时，"购买"了一套388万元位于北京城南的别墅。去年（2010年）9月10号被立案检查。

两位副部级国企高管相继落马，成为近年来中国国企腐败的一个缩影。

德国《时代》周报表示，官僚班子是从文化大革命中成长起来的。

而《美国之音》在报导中强调，社会"和谐稳定"是解决矛盾之后的结果，而不是解决矛
盾的前提，因此，中国（共）政府的所谓"维稳"是本末倒置。

program that China's so-called"harmonious society" is "false harmony."There
will not be a harmonious society as longas there is "one-party totalitarian
market economy."

Phoenix TV's Century Forum program invitedBeijing Technology and Business
Universityprofessor and economist Liang Xiaomin.Liang pointed out during
his conversationwith host Wang Luxiang, that the CCP(Chinese Communist
Party) misusesKeynes' temporary government intervention theoryas a
long-term national policy, which causedcorruption in China's state-owned
enterprises,and lack of innovation in private enterprises.China does not
have a harmonious society.

Former Phoenix TV news director Pang Zhongsaid CCP's one-party
dictatorshipcontrols everything to its own will.

Pang Zhong (former Phoenix TV news director):"With social injustice and
lack of good policy,how can there be good livelihood for people?It is not
possible to have social harmony."

Hong Kong's Open magazine Editor-in-ChiefJin Zhong told Voice of America
(VOA), thatPhoenix TV's Century Forum seems to beoutspoken in criticizing
the CCP, but it is actuallyCCP's strategy to take over overseas media
market.

Jin Zhong thinks some media haveCCP background, such as Phoenix TV.It
sometimes criticizes CCP a little,but actually helps the CCP a lot.

VOA states the unprecedented corruptionand totalitarianism of the CCP is
the main reasonfor morality degeneration in China.

According to Beijing independent commentatorZhang Lifan, most entrepreneurs
in Chinaonly pursue profit, not social responsibility.They do not have
independent thinking.They are attached to the government, and hopeto get a
share through those in power; meanwhile,corrupt officials exploit business
and accept bribes.They get benefit from in and out of the CCP system.

China Peace and Democracy Alliance chairmanTang Baiqiao said: "Yes!
Petition and uprisingsincrease each year. The gap between the richand the
poor widens each year, the environmentis damaged and the international
society is not happyabout the CCP, all of those are not harmonious."

Sinopec Maotai Receipts's incident from April 13triggered intense media
attention in China.

Back in 2009, former general manager of Sinopec,Chen Tonghai abused his
power and sought benefitsthrough land transactions and construction
contracting.The bribery he accepted totals nearly USD30milion.His case is
known as the "#1 corruption caseof China's state-owned enterprises."

In addition, China Mobile Communications Corp.former party secretary and
deputy general managerZhang Chunjiang also got benefits through his
post.During his tenure Zhang accepted large briberiesand lived a luxurious
and corrupt life style.When Zhang prepared to marry Wang Hui,he "purchased"
a villa in South Beijing,with market value of USD$500k. His case
wasestablished for investigation in September 2010.

The demission of these two ministry�level officialsis a snapshot of
state-owned enterprises' corruption.

Germany's Die Zeit indicated these officialsgrew up during the Cultural
Revolution time.

VOA emphasized in its report, that social harmonyand stability is the
result of resolving conflicts,not a promise for conflict resolution.
Therefore,CCP's so-called "maintaining stability" is illogical.
